Each has it's own little rectangular foxhole. Military cemeteries are a place to be alone with a party. That just a personality, I guess. Nothing different from any other crowd and the same subject. With the right lapel pin or tie tack a "Top Gun" graduation party was friendlier. Getting into the behaviors of the hookers the other side was going to could lead to take over possibilities and shaking hands with the devil.
Very appropriate use of sepia lending the old look to a historic part of the cemetery. I've seen lots of American war-dead graves elsewhere...just hadn't thought about them in England. Very nice. Bill
It's a fresh approach to see all the tombstones aligned to for the horizon. Great mood.
Movingly beautiful image. Dear David. Excellent work, Hugs. Spider. xx
A sad and poignant image!!!A fitting tribute to the men and women who gave up their lives so that we could live in freedom!!!
Beautiful scene, excellent capture!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
excellent composition, good light, and a very good process - nice work!
Beautiful play of light and shadow and the sepia suits the mood very well!
Striking image well displayed and reminder of the heavy cost conflict carries with it.
