Description
I am working on a image for my friend Lars and this is part of the reason I am so far behind. This is little Penny and she is a miracle dog. Sunday when I was taking Veronica and the girls shopping we found her in a ditch. Someone had dumped her on a back road and by some miracle I happened to see something move in the ditch as we passed by. I stopped the car and my niece Jade and I went back to look. There we found a small puppy so helpless and crying. Her tail has been hurt and one of her paws is cut. We looked for her Momma and other puppies but couldn't find any. We took her home and put medicine on her wounds, gave her a bath, and named her Penny. She is a loving little dog and it breaks my heart to think someone could dump her. I told a few people about her and they all asked to see a photo so here you go.
Please don't worry about rating or faving this, I just wanted to show you what she looks like :)

She is soooo cute, but she got sooo sad eyes. Are you going to keep her? She is a little angel.
You are a star sweety! I work for the RSPCA in England - and unfortunately, this takes place on a Daily basis! People just will not be responsible and Spay adn Neutered their dogs, so when they don't, unwanted puppies get ditched! It's cruel and ugly and heartless! But that beauty up there, should be called, "Lucky Penny" LOL, incredible!
I am so glad you found Penny, Dave. She will have a good home with you and your family. She is beautiful, your shot wonderful. Hugs. Di. xx
Superbe chiot, nul doute qu'avec l'amour que tu lui apporte et celui de ta famille il est très heureux. Belle photo mon ami!
It was Penny's lucky day when you came along, Dave. Some things are meant to be. When she's a bit older, can I have her phone number? (Barnaby, in Dave's absence)
So cute and lovely. Wonderful shot!
Lovely, cute little puppy. I am so glad you could rescue this little sweetie. Can not understand people who hurt animals and put them away like garbage :(((

this one makes me cry It is sad to read about her
Think I'm gonna melt and what a little cutie....and a plague of locusts on the heads of the ingrates who dumped her !
That's nearly the same way my wife and I found one of our rabbits. Thank you for opening your home to such a wonderful puppy.
Ohhhhh Dave , so cute.xx
oh she is adorable. she looks so happy you rescued her...I have three cats (and 2 dogs) I live out in the country in a way (I am in town but far from everyone)...Both dogs I bought myself, but two of three cats were rescued cats... It is ashamed how people just dump them out of the middle of nowhere, why cant they just put them in animal shelter after trying to find homes if they cant find homes instead of starving them by dropping them off and scare them by not knowing where their owners are. You know animals are gifts from God for us to take care of. Speaking of dogs-they are very gifted because they are loyal to their owners and risk their lives to protect their owners .
What a story...People are stupid, but great that you rescued the dog... :o)
She's very cute Dave!
