Description
Hi there.
I´ve found another shot of a European Hornet from our this year hollidays in the heath.
The morning I took the photo I found 2 of them looking numbed. I think it´s beacause of the cold morning. As I lay down to took the photo I sensed a tickle on my left foot.
I get up and look down to my shoe - my heart got a dropout... I saw a third one crawling in my sandal. As fast and careful as possile I joggled my foot to get her out. She flown away without a stung. My heart pounded much faster for the next minutes - but the closeup is a good compensation, I think.
I wish you all a nice weekend and thank you for the kind words and favourites/ratings on my last images.
Best view in full-size.
