Description
Here's something completely different from me! I don't believe I've ever posted an image of any sort of vehicle before.
I'm not a car buff ... everything I know about this automobile comes from having researched the nameplate on the back. My only claim to knowledge here is that I can read!
If anyone can tell me the year this was manufactured, you would increase my knowledge base by 50%.
I saw this car in the Arboretum parking lot the day Allison and I went down there to take pictures of the gardens.
..........
The image is nice and big, so full view will increase your enjoyment, assuming you're enjoying this to begin with! :) If you're not, well ... thanks for stopping by anyway. It was fun to work with a different subject!

Older than dirt. I think it goes back to the 1950s; at least it's similar to the ones I used to see at the car shows back then. And, the front end is similar to that of a classic Volkswagen Beetle. Oh, almost forgot...nice sharp collage.

Shades of American Grafitti! Believe it or not, one of the characters in the American Grafitti movie drove one of these. So whenever I see one I think of the movie. Nice presentation too!
