Description
one of the beautiful lakes in Alberta .. and one of our most famous .. there is another lake that I love just as much called Maligne Lake .. simply gorgeous as well .. they all are so beautiful
that day was so cold there but it really didnt bother me ...as it does when I home ..the mountain air was heavenly also with nothing but pine and other tree smells..the turquoise water is in all the lakes and alot of the rivers because of the mountain sand silt

Superb shot.
Fabulous scenery Lu, looks like a really beautiful place. Tony.
Wonderful capture and vista!!!
You have captured the 'classic' shot of this awesome place, Lu. The vista is breathtaking and that water looks so-o-o-o-o cold, too.
stunning!
This is such a beautiful place ... one of my favorites! I must admit, though, that I like Maligne better. (SUCH a relative judgement!!)
Stunning landscape!
Beautiful image. And your notes add a great deal to "seeing" the picture. Really like this...but then, I like water in Landscapes too.

Stunning landscape, but it does look a bit chilly. Beautifully captured.
fantastic, wild nature....lovely shot!
I can feel the chill in the wind...your shot is so vivid! A good pov that tunnels the vision to the point where the snowy mountain takes over the attention.
Wow! This is some really magnificent scenery and you have captured its beauty so well.
