Description
Awhile back I put up an image of these beautiful pink flowers on a tree and Andrea told me that the tree was probably crabapple. http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/index.php?image_id=1667288
Well once again she was right on and here is the fruit from those flowers. I'm not sure these are edible tho because they are only a little bigger than a dime. We had a crabapple tree when I was a child and the fruit was as big as a plum and very sour. Coincidence maybe but, the next after eating a few I was in the hospital with appendicitis!
Thanks for looking and for previous comments!

Excellent shot, well done..
Wonderful! nice to see!
Lovely!
A beautiful shot, Lynn. Nice to see the fruit after the blossom. Hugs. Di. xx
Well taken, there seem to be several variety of these. Some are mostly planted for their pretty spring flowers. The birds will eat these. You are correct, the crab apple we made jelly out of is much larger, and still small compared to a standard apple size. Nice shot!
That is because the tree is not being fed is why they are not that big.Nice shot Lynn
great shot!
The red dots the green scene so perfect. Crabapple? You sure it was not the same apple Eve had a bite of when you landed in hospital? LOL
