Description
Hi there,
here we are back for more: another part of the complete digital representation of the b&w illustrations & interior spoof covers from the "GIRLS GALORE II" book.
Today it's page 11, illustration No.8.
It shows a "Miss Perdita Pingo & her admirer Sir
Pommery Penith".
Don't get any ideas with the last name;-)
FOR MORE IMAGE DETAILS SEE THE IMAGE IN 100% VIEW!
The b&w drawing was made old school then with pen & India ink. The brushes were Rothmarder, size 000,00,2,3.
Hope you enjoy this! If so, be back next time!
Thanks for browsing through my gallery & making comments!

I'm sure Sir Penith will win Perdita's her heart with that winning smile and bouquet ! Very kool and humorous pin-up cover ! Well done & ~Cheers~
I have been asked recently to do some freehand art... I haven't done any in 2 years... since I found 3D programs... I was excited about it, but don't know if I want it now... I think the size of the image is starting to affect my decission... 6ft x 20ft - and then, it's an image I don't care to paint... the decissions of an artist - does that penquin talk too? Does the background represent global warming?
Always so perfect Felix!
Xcellent overall presentation!

Very good. Cute picture. 5+
Haha ! I like it !
this has a very "soho" feel to it...
There is some Frazetta influence, when at the beginning of his carreer Frazetta drew comics. Very decorative and acomplished composition with clear inking. I enjoy it!
