Description
Another close up--this time of a very strange bloom from one of my succulents. I thought it was just another kind of hens and chicks, but they never bloomed like THIS before. Maybe they mutated!!

Well if they mutated I'm glad because this is so very pretty :)
Wonderful colors and light! Great close-up!
They look so soft and cuddly, but probably will prickly to the touch!!! Lovely Shot!!!

Wonderful image! :)
WOW this is like an explosion inside my head!
I love the sharpness of this, and the detail. Nice colors, too! :)
An alien hybrid...watch out...it'll get 'ya. Very unusual bloom and well captured.
I'd call it a tarantula flower, because that's what it reminds me of -- hairy legs and all! Great capture!
Fabulous details and colors Marilyn!
Funny! I've never seen a Hen & Chicks quite like this either. You got lucky though and got something pretty special here. Love the macro with all the fabulous details.
This is a fuzzy flower, it reminds me of a spiders legs, very nice
A minature "feed me" plant..:) and like the colors and detail very much..
Wow great furry macro ! very unusual plant. At first sight of the thumb I thought it a close up of the eye of a colourful cuddly toy lol.
As i said, you've got a colorful yard! Great Image Marilyn. Wish you a nice weekend!
super shot
What a fantastic and colourful flower this is Marilyn, it may well be a hybrid of some sort, but a very beautiful little thing it is. Is it a new strain? If so what would you call it? Its a very exotic looking plant, I have never seen anything like it before any how. Superb clarity and detail and the colourtones are out of this world. Bravo!!!!!
I like fuzzy fluffy too wonderful capture warm hug, Linda
Strange, strange bloom, Marilyn! From alien seeds deposited by a meteorite? I would be highly cautious about sticking my finger into that hole, lest ye be swallowed up, never to be seen nor heard from again! Love this striking supernova of vivid colors, whiskers, fuzz, petals, stamens, et al.
wow never saw one of these . cool looking
