Description

this is the smallest dragonfly I have see.when it almost flew into my face, I was thinking a damselfly. I did not know it was a dragon until I got my macro focused on it.it flew away once, but I remained and it returned.I am thinking it is a juvenile. I did not have to focus the captures, but lost some resizing to be under the limit thanks for viewing and any comments

Gee he almost looks as tho he is smiling at you in the bottom one:-) The moustache reminds me of the french artists in cartoons! Love the shine on his wing in the second photo! Great capture Richard, so far I've not had a clear shot at one but maybe when my fountain is up and running!

Now this is a beauty! Not only does he have a mustache, he's got a bit of a beard! I had one land on my hand at the Hollow earlier this summer, and no camera handy! It was just a plain brownish one, but beautiful nevertheless!
