Description
I spotted this while walking along Useless Bay on Whidbey Island, Washington last month. It looked like some kind of anchor or weight, at any rate, I don't think it was going anywhere soon!!

excellent!
Looks like a mooring anchor/weight. Beautiful rich green seaweed. Excellent. Aloha
Colorful! And a one-of-a-kind find. Super shot!
Wow, I have a shot of this too -- LOL, what are the chances? I like what you've done with yours....

Lovely capture, very rich concentration of colour, interesting touch of blue to the left of picture on the sand! nice work Marilyn.
A very colorful abstract of sorts, making a wonderful display.
Looks like it could be a cement shoe but without the person :) Great capture Mar!
Interesting object and I like the way you have captured the moss or seaweed covering parts of it.
Superb colors... a great capture Marilyn!
Looks like somebody lost their anchor from a broken rope! Nicely captured. And do I detect a bit of postwork here? :)

It's useless! HAHA!....I had one of these attached to my leg before I got divorced.
Where's the boat? Somebody as stolen my boat and all you can do is take pictures of the anchor! #;0). Well spotted Marilyn, not much use without the boat though, then again it is in Usless Bay, lol. Excellent work. Bravo!!!!!
