...ja, ja - so eine kleine "Französin" ! Hübsches Bild von der hübschen Wespe!
Very sharp! Excellent
Excellent macro and reflection!!!
awesome macro capture !!! the reflection really sets this off nicely !!! fabulous work!!!
A great shot.
Wonderful macro. Don't think I'd like to feel his sting. JDoc
Social wasp, hornet, and yellow jacket species all put me on edge. They all seem to be bad tempered and easily offended. I can't outrun them and there are always too many of them to avoid. I feel the same way about Fire Ants. That being said, I cannot deny that they are awesome looking and well designed critters. On the rare occasion when I come upon a single one, I will attempt to get a shot or two but I never even consider getting a shot of a hive, lol. This specimen displays all the classic markings of trouble, lol. You got a crisp clean shot and the reflection adds a nice touch. It also appears as if he does not have a swarm of buddies nearby. Good time to catch this little critter. Thanks for sharing. Lee
Superb shot!
Oh Fantastic Shot bro.
Fine macro! It is amazing how many kinds of fly and butterfly mimic vasps -- certainly a protection for them. Just wait!
