Interesting subject, my eyes follow the billowing smoke from chimney to the top of the picture. you have done well to choose B/w for this shot, works very well!

I do not see many smoke stacks in operation any more. A few here and there but nothing like when I was a child. Lovely b/w!

C'est à se demander qui a raison en lisant ce que je viens de lire: si c'est 'terrible' c'est mauvais, et si c'est 'superb', c'est magnifique!Je penche plutôt pour le deuxième jugement de valeur. C'est une très bonne photo, avec une superbe palette de gris sans zones cramées, c'est là où l'on reconnait les bons et les moins bons photographes!
