Bang!!!, Wood-Packer flies against the window
But after 15 minutes of pampering and a few snap shots, he took off again!!
Hope he is safe and healthy again, hammering with his beak he is used to, so I don’t expect he had headache.
It was funny caressing a Wood-packers little head, this reactivated him rapidly!!
It all happened yesterday afternoon.
Have a very nice weekend

Welll captured, glad to know he took off again!
I'm happy you took his photo and gave him some tender loving care so he could fly away...hopefully to a tree and not into another window. Great collage.
Excellent shots! Well done
He looks rather unhappy that you would play such a trick on him as to put up an invisble force field. :-) "Stunning" shots.
LOL!! Yes, he's probably telling all his friends about you... Lovely capture of your temporary guest. I'd love to get a chance to give a woodpecker a head massage!
Excellent capture and thank you for helping this woodpecker.He/She will remember you for ever.
Very nice close up shots! Glad he is okay and what a great opportunity for a picture!
