Description
I had a day off yesterday so spent part of the day working in my garden. While out there I had a friend stop by who has a new dog. This is a female pit bull mix. I usually avoid pit bulls, don't like them at all but this dog was the sweetest dog and I had my face 'washed' a dozen times or more while she was here. I had a bottle of water with me as it was in the 90's yesterday and when I started to take a drink, she licked the outside of the bottle, so I wound up letting her drink the water as I poured it slowly into my cupped hand. You can see the photographer in her eyes if you zoom.

WOOF WOOF! kiss; )
Nice captures, well done..
Excellent capture and a beautiful image...well done!!!
She looks so sweet! There's no kind of love like puppy love :-)
a beautiful dog and excellent capture.
Nothing quite like a pooch smooch or a dog snog. These sort of dogs have become fashion victims in UK, such a shame.
Too bad pit bulls got a bad reputation, mostly through their masters' stupid ambitions. This mostly refers to their being aggressive to other dogs, not people. Very fine capture, Lynn.
This is a really nice portrait shot!!! She is a cutie.
Nice portraits. I especially prefer the first one but the second is nice too ! A gorgeous dog !
Nice shot!
Unfortunately they do have a bad reputation. When a (undisciplined) dog is involved, it comes as a shock and usually kids are involved and that doubles the tragedy. He looks so happy and content thank to your big hearted animal loving courtesy.
Unfortunately I am allergic to animal hair and I can not touch them! But in photos I like a lot! :)
lol he's most excellent!
I like this one! EXT!
