Description
Taken Tuesday July8th 2008
Today at Hollingworth Lake Littleborough, Rochdale UK.
I left Sylvia with Kate in the pub at the lake having womans talk (you know how it is lol) and I went for a stroll with my camera. There were plenty of Geese and Gulls to get shots of but I don't often get very close to a Heron.
My hands shook with excitment as it grabbed a fish, I held my breath lol, I began to worry that all my shots would be a blurry mess.
What a buzz I got, I came home pretty pleased with myself.
Thanks for dropping by, thanks for all the latest comments. Alan...

It really does not get better than this, a moment that we dream of, to catch the wild Heron like this. And an equally catchy title.
