This is the start of a new week and so I start another series - Dragonflies again, lol. Actually I did a series of Dragonflies just a month or so ago, but I have managed to get enough shots for another showing.
Thanks to those who take the time to comment.

nice shot Lee
Great shot!
That's one hecka cool dragonfly. Excellent capture!!
Great shot, Lee. You must be very silent and carefully to get such pictures - the fireflies are very skittish. Greetings from Germany.
You seem to have many with colour in the wings. Super shot again. I think there has been insufficient open water surface on my pond to attract them to lay this year, I need to remove some plants. Remember that your 'pond' is the same area as the whole of my plot!
I LOVE YOUR DRAGONFLIES.THEY ARE SUCH WONDERFUL LITTLE BEINGS. GREAT SHOT
Excellent capture Lee, that left lower wing is fantastic, the marking and skeletal frame showing just perfect, the top right shimmering in the sunlight. I actually captured my first Damselfly the other day but it was way in a blackberry thicket and I only got the tail end no head. I couldn't get any closer and the head was behind a flower head. I will try the area again though next week. Superb work, the markings make them much more beautiful than our British ones. Bravo!!!!!
Stunning macro work. This species is so striking with the dark wing patches, not like any here in the U.K.
Great shot again Lee, the classic resting pose, where you live must have the ideal habitat
What a great dragonfly and an exceptional shot Lee.
