Dragonfly - Closeup It was fun shooting this little guy; he sat so still for me but then I did have to contend with the wind! I thought he was kinda pretty ... Hope you all had a nice weekend! Have a nice Monday ... Shari

Oh Shari, this is the sort of macro photography that I really want to get into, I just need to save up for the right lens sigh!! This is spectacular indeed. The focus is spot on and the colours, DOF and POV are amazing. Brilliant photography! Hugs xx

Exceptional macro !!! That IS close, great capture Shari.
Fantastic macro :)
Yes, you are right, he is very pretty and this is a wonderful photo. Congrats!
Spectacular macro Shari, fantstic detail in the face, and don't you just love that wing structure? The wings on Drangonfly's and Damselfly's always amaze my the constuction is so intricate. I agree with Piet, this has to be one of your best macros ever. So close he could do with a shave, as his beard is sprouting. Superb work. Bravo!!!!!
WOW, Shari!!! This is a perfect dragonfly shot, I love it!!!!
Help!!!! I am glad he is not my size! Actually he is very beautiful, and your shot is a wonder Shari. What a fabulous macro! Looks like he is holding a precious umbrella.

At first when I saw the thumb, I thought this was a render...a photo manip... I thought it was a cloned ladybug to look like a dragonfly face but heck! It really is a dragonfly face! Stellar!
Oh my... what a splendid close-up ;O)
The watcher watched, hmm? It seems you fascinate him as much as he intrigues you. Can't blame him for that! Great photo. Hugs, Mike
