Beautiful old stucture!
Wonderful bridge, and your photograph is great! I love the dark reflections.
Greetings Helle, It is interesting to note that such a structure still stands 190 years later when so much of what has been build since no longer is around. Thank you for sharing. egmont

A very nice place.
What a splendid bridge and great shot, very similar design to some of our old bridges in the UK. We are having terrible weather this weekend, very strong winds and rain.
Amazing age!
Can just see a horse and buggy slowly plodding across it.. very nice shot.
Fantastic POV and lighting.Wonderful photo.
A delightful capture with its two arches and lovely reflections. I love bridges like this.
Wooow almost 200 years old. Great capture.
Beautiful old stonebridge, great photo ;o)))))))))))))))
beautiful capture my friend
Man kommer nemt til at lyde som en gentagelse.... men det er et skøøønt foto ;o))))))))))
a beautiful play between the stark white sky and the intensely detailed bridge and beautiful water. You've brought out the wonderful decay of the bridge's stone, the wonderful decay of mold and other growth that grows on stone near water. And the water here has an almost silver-leaf look, it's so smooth. And the grasses also stand out in great detail. It's a lovely shot, Helle, and a reminder that bridges—especially old bridges—are alive, not merely 'stone'. And that they speak to us like old sensitive friends.
