Description
This pagoda is part of the Japanese Tea Garden (1894), which is located in San Francisco and is a part of the Golden Gate Park. The Tea Garden is the oldest public Japanese garden in the United States. It is a complex of many paths, ponds and a teahouse featuring native Japanese and Chinese plants. Also hidden throughout its five acres are sculptures, bridges and various buildings, of which this is one.
