Nice shot!
...sehr schöne Aufnahme!!!
Excellent shot and for just learning the lens you've done a wonderful job on this macro. I'm new to photography as well, so thanks for telling what you used. Beautiful capture, very detailed and wonderful clarity.
I know the f/7.1 shows here but the lens is f8 on it so do that means the f stop is f/15?
Sounds like you have a new lens? Congrats and have fun practicing, a really nice closeup here, and a flower I'm not familiar with.
Carrors you eat grows this when you let them go to seed
Optical quality is much better than .0005in. The rouge is in microns that polished it. Now no flat spots or scratches abuse what is seen even when magnified.
Wonderful! I bet the soil is about perfect there for carrots. The water is coming. I've seen a lot of flooding everywhere North of you. I really hope you're on high ground, and so are those carrots!!!!
hahah I missed spell carrots lol I know i need to ck spell but do not thinking I can at lest spell carrots

wish I got a shot of the whole carrots bush from one carrot too. there I guess 8 balls of flowers like this one on the big stem. Oh well live and learn [to get more povs and other shots too. took about ten of this one but all at the same angle]
I've had a few of these go to seed in my garden also, but I sure never got a foto like this one~great shot!!
wonderful image!
Nice shot Jocko. That purple spot sure is interesting though. Don't forget to take a picture of the carrots next year. Aloha
I've never let carrots go to seed. I'm lucky if they grow big enough to each since our soil is like concrete around here. Not good for carrots and radishes. this is a beautiful macro though. I don't know how you learn all that stuff about lens. I'm still learning about shutter speed and that sort of thing and going slowly since it is very difficult for me to understandin. Great shot here and you are doing very well with this lens.
there weeds around here.
I've never seen carrots turn to seeding flowers either Jock ! I really like the DOF and POV, thanx for the share ! ~Cheers~
Nice work with your new lens.It opens a whole new way of seeing the world.
Lovely little flowers! I also like the globes of garlic flowers! Excellent shot! (:
so you got the t-ring adapter.good for you!excellent results and it looks a lot like Queen Anne's lace.
This is a really cool shot. Keep practicing with that new lens.
Your lens did a remarkable job in this capture of the carror/carrot flowers, Jock!
Love this shot! Queen Anne's Lace is also in the carrot family, so the flowers are very similar. There must be something wrong with me, I love all the flowers that are considered weeds. Dandelions and Queen Anne's Lace, Goldenrod and wild daisies, sigh, hubby pulls them all out of my garden.
