Description
Tara, Denise and I travelled the entire length of Whidbey Island** yesterday. Our destination was Deception Pass, which is where this foto was taken. I walked out on the bridge a ways, a not so comfortable thing to do. It's windy, VERY windy, and when I leaned over the rail to take one of these pix (there are two stitched together), well, let's just say, I felt a little uneasy!! I had to stick my foot out just to give you a little perspective, of course!! It's about 200 feet down, a rather big step!! The top foto is straight down, the bottom is a little to the left of the brush below the bridge.

WoooooW! hold on tight, great POV, sounds like you didn't hang around for too long and who can blame you. I've seen these toes in at least one other upload way way back lol.
Wonderful shot!
Great shot! I'm glad it was you out there in the middle of the bridge, and not me. Yikes! I'm not generally afraid of heights, but that bridge is REALLY high, and I'll admit it makes me nervous as a cat! Great shots.
une vue vertigineuse !!
cool pov. donot jump no way ok
Wonderful, love the shot, from where I sit, that appears refreshing, the colors of teal, green and blues, beautiful. Thanks for sharing your perspective Marilyn, I love it, I am having a great time.

Super! and scary!
fantastic capture and a bit scary, that water is a beautiful color and very clear.
Now that's a lovely green flip-flop. It goes very well with the color of the water. A dizzying shot!
My knees get all wiggly all over again looking at this...it feels even more distant when you're up there! Nice toe capture... ;)
I get dizzy just driving over this bridge. Great capture of the beautiful blue water.
Let me strap on my bungee cord, and then watch out below!!! Oh yes, indeed, this does absolute wonders for my acrophobia! I'm so dizzy now that it's a miracle I can even type out this comment. Aside from that, terrific POV, DOF, clarity and colors on display here, Marilyn. Your toes never looked so appealing.
Wonderful!!!!!!!!!
I have a feeling that it was a hot day and it crossed your mind briefly that you wanted to dive in!!!
wonderful capture and what a splash it would be if one survived it sweet smile to you warm hug, Linda
Love the perpective...and HAHA! your fLipflop really adds to it perfect color.
I know, you wore those flip flops and just had to find something they co-ordinated with. Superb colour in that water, but a long way to dive down, I think I will pass on it. Excellent work. Bravo!!!!!
Glorious capture. Love the toes, proves you are still on the bridge, lol. Lovely work and the water colour is super.
