Description
This is a capture of the carriage house at Orange County Community College in Middletown, New York. At one time it was the horse stable and carriage maintenance facility. It even had a circular platform that would rotate the carriage outward after it arrived back from a trip and the horses were unhooked. There is a tunnel that connects the mansion to the carriage house. It allowed the residents to get to the carriage without venturing outside. About 10 years ago, the roof was restored with ceramic tiles made to look like the original roof. It is now called Horton Hall and houses Chemistry & Earth Sciences on the first floor and Maintenance Offices on the second floor. Enjoy!
