Description
My 5D died today.. Looks as if the shutter is stuck so will have to send it away for repair and get a full service done at the same time... Not sure if any of you have had a similar problem and I must say until now it has performed perfectly, and taken 15,000 shots with it.. So I had to fall back on my trusty 10D for this shot of the Flamingo who maybe not so Blue as me lol!!

Shame about the 5D, hope it's better soon. The 10D in your hands takes wonderful photos!
I dunno which is worse for having them break: the camera, the computer or the car. They all are such a part of our lives. Splendid capture and I hope they can fix your 3D soon. Bunny

What an impossible pose! I bet this lovely bird is a whiz at playing Twister! Such fabulous postwork and presentation too! I have total sympathy for your camera situation. At least you've got a decent back-up though. That should help a little bit...
Even Pinkies get the blues. Beautiful shot though. Hope your camera pulls through.

Oh no, not your 5D!! I'm so sorry to hear that, Danny! I hope the repair shop can fix it for you. But you can do wonders with the 10D, as is shown here. What is so impressive here is the softness and the pastel colors, not too much contrast or sharpening and a stunning result!!! Good luck with your camera!
Awesome !!!
