Also known as, "It's never too wet to take your camera to the Garden Centre"
For a little while this afternoon, there was a strange patch of blue overhead, and the sudden warmth made many people a little giddy. Don't be alarmed about it though, as it was that phenomenon known as an English summer, and as always, it was gone very quickly!
I enjoyed seeing the new varieties of dahlia though, and I have more to show you.

Dahlia's are such lovely flowers. A local garden club grows them around here every summer. For which me and my camera says a big thank you.

At first I was amazed that they have dahlias so early in the season, but then I realized it really IS June, not April. It's the weather that has me fooled. Beautiful capture! The light is lovely, and the color is fabulous. Nice work!
