Description
I am playing around with Terragen again. I am trying to get a more realistic image, but my coloring seems to be off. Let me know what I can do to make it better. Thanks.

Hi Art, you asked for some tipps, well: 1. Reduce gamma to a value of 1.00! This will give you more brighter colors and darker shadows. 2. Try to increase the fuzzyness of constraints (looks like Altitude restraint)the brown layer to get rid of the sharp color edge. And maybe reduce its bumpiness a bit. And maybe 1 or 2 more layers on the rock. 3. For including Planets/moons, i have already sent you an IM... btw, the the moon should hav at last some shadow on it, compared with the terrain. 4. I would have choosen a different, more dramatic sky color for a picture named 'Storm Approaching'. Try some darker blue, or even some green, like before Thunderstorms. No offense intented, just my opinion. Matthias
I have driven by this very spot and the sky looked just like this. It's on Cottonwood Road in Utah, coming into Page, Arizona. There might not have been as much green, and the reds were more faded and didn't go up the mountain as far. :D
Fantastic scene. wonderful work!!
I like your presentation....nice terrain too....well done!! :-)
