I love the composition of you photograph, Helle. The terrain is beautiful and flowing. It is such a peaceful scene with a wonderful variety of grass, shrubs, and trees.
Fantastic composition and super photo.
Beautiful view, light and mood. Excellent shot, seems to be a fantastic place to live.
This is lovely rolling countryside caught in a beautifully composed photograph. Thank you, Helle, for sharing your gorgeous country with us. Mike
Beautiful compo!
Yes, really pretty scene and is this your house? :o) Have a great day dear Helle S *** H u g s ***
Superb Picture. Great landscape.
Looks inviting. Well done
très jolie photo.
Wonderful shot of the neighborhood - always enjoy seeing more of your part of the world
i love seeing other folkes countryside
helle, you have a way of bringing out focus in mid and even background (your background is sharper here than in most normal pictures), and it makes some of your pictures like paintings. You give us planes of intense expression. (Whoosh!) The mid-ground is so active here, so many textures going on! And a gentle slope like everything quietly slid into place. To me, the background is pure painting...It's a lush, very active and very varied shot; and considering I look out over high-rises and packed streets, I'd do anything to be there now...
Wonderful capture! I like it that you're looking through the bushes to get this shot. Were you sneaking around? :)
Lovely wiev - beautiful photo ;o)))))))))
Great place. Wonderful!
Beautiful scene and stunning photography! hugs Jane xx
excellent landscape
That building found the perfect place to live. Great catch!
fantastic compo, great shot
Really nice and well composed, I like the emphasis that the color puts on the house which is the main subject. I would have put some more sharpness in the foreground, but you were right not making it entireley sharp to conduct the reader of the image to the house.
well guess what? I'm commenting a second time, because I'm now anahata.c, not mayuan! (Who was mayuan?!) (He was a famous Chinese painter of the Southern Sung Dynasty, and he did beautiful small landscapes & portraits...) I like this picture all over again, and since I didn't fav it the first time, I will now: for the pic and for your general captures of your landscape. This was one of your multi-focus shots, where you give us many layers of focus (in cinema they call it "deep focus," maybe they do in still-photography too). Not everyone of your landscapes uses that focus, but this is an example of how well you use it when you do. (Full-range focus can, of course, overload a picture...I found that yours was sensitively used, maybe because of your history in painting & drawing.) I still love how the landscape & trees & house make a rolling pastiche; and I like how their textures play against each other. Many layers of life going on here, and the details create textures almost of a textile. I loved this shot then, I love it now. Fine & sensitive work...
