Description
Hidden in folds of mountains North of Fort William,12 miles long and 300 feet deep. The secret location of buried treasure forms part of the lore of this Loch. Several chests of gold coin were buried in the area by supporters of Bonnie Prince Charlie and have yet to be re discovered.Large creatures of monster size were seen in Queen Victorias time however in recent years anglers head here to fish for monster Pike.

One does not need 300 feet of water to water ski or jet ski. It's a bit deep for casual skin diving. One would expect sturgeon or muskelunge. Pike are what my grandfather called "snakefish."
Well, whatever you do on it or in it, it remains an area of great natural beauty. Nice picture and I love the long view.
Monsters AND treasure, what more could one ask for? :o)
