Monument Valley, Utah. On right is highway 163 between Mexican Hat, Utah and Kayenta, Arizona.
Picture was taken on 29 October 2006. Cars and 18-wheelers give scale.
Best viewed in zoom.
Haze is most likely from power plants at Four Corners and Page, Arizona.

WHat a fabulous pano of this place i have only seen in westerns !!! i had haze too when i went to the Grand canyon last year wondered if it was natural or pollution .... whatever the case great stiching together and pano work of such an amazing place!!!

last March, I wanted to drive to Nevada so I could see this area and chose to fly to my dismay.exceptional vista and panoram. I will plan another trip and this time hell or high gas prices I will drive
