Description

A portrait I took of an amazing and unusual man in the Valley of the Queens, Egypt. Not only was he well spoken and polite which are unusual in Egyptian tourist areas, but he was also immaculately clean. He was the one person in my 2 weeks in Egypt that impressed me and had my instant respect.

A stunning portrait, almost. It is such a shame the most powerful sunlight hits the top right of his turban and is so bright and burned out it is a distraction from a face with real character.
