Description
Please view full size. Summit Lake is at 13,001 ft. It is on the road to Mount Evans Summit. This road is closed and won't reopen until the winter snows plowed. This usually occurs around Memorial Day but because of the heavy snows this winter, they expect a later opening date this season.

I want a mountain lake near me... Really nice scenic view - my first thought was to step round to the right a bit to shift the composition slightly so the main foreground rock isnt directly below the "valley" on the other side, but still a very nice shot and colour combo :)
