Description
After Hours or the AFH gene has been found responsible for all fellow night owls out there.
This genetic mutation called the "after-hours gene" may explain why some people are night owls, it has been revealed in some recent experiments.. Now we all have an excuse for whiling away those hours on the PC at night.. Or perhaps we just enjoy the peace and quiet .. what's your excuse?
Thanks as always for taking time to look and any comments

Great shot. I'm definitely a night owl, as the computer and art have become very welcome companions in the wee hours. CC
Beautiful detail Danny in this close up! I don't know what my excuse is, but I am a night owl!
Bowing to the audience... Nice capture. Aloha
For me it would be the peace and quiet. :)
Excellent capture of this true night owl. My excuse is that there just aren't enough hours.
Oh this is another fabulous looking and taken owl portrait! A wonderful shot of her!!!
wonderful shot my friend ;O)
Very interesting POV to highlight the facial area. Excuse? Sounds like you read about a good one though...
A beautiful shot of this gorgeous owl to illustrate your point, Danny! I don't have the AFH gene, what's the gene for up with the chickens? :)
Maravilloso!!! Dani!!!!
Beautiful! Owls are super cool, and exquisite creatures. Talk about night owls, and I've always wondered when I'm home (in the U.S.) sleep can be hard to come by, but when visiting Europe I sleep like a log. ;o) I say my European genes are responsible for this. That's my theory, anyway.
Awesome closeup of this erm...is this owl what we call 'chouette effraie' in French?!...Anyway, I am in awe.
