Description
Another rework of an old Blender piece I did quite a while ago. This one isn't a lot different from the original, but I've postworked it as if it were a photograph - something I didn't know anything about when I started with Blender!
I'm happier with the depth of color and the contrast, as well as the crop.
The flower was modeled in Blender, and I painted the texture in Dogwaffle (a free downloadable painting program). If you want to see the original, you cal click here.

Very nice! Look quite realistic- well done! :)
Beautiful colors and contrast.Fantastic work.
Your depth of creativity is remarkable. This reminds me of a carved wooden rose, or it would make a beautiful brooch. I love the color of the rose on the black background. Beautiful, and then some!
What a GORGEOUS flower and you did a splendid and gentle job on it-- and yet it was also gorgeous before.
Beautiful colors and contrast

You've learned your postwork well ... This has just the right amount of improvements to allow the flower to pop out of the picture a bit better. Excellent!
Wow..........I think the expression that best describes what I'm feeling may be unfamiliar to you, but it's absolutely 'gob-smacked'! Beautiful!
I'm gob-smacked too ... wonderful artistry and super colours. Mike

You got tallent! I'm so impressed. brilliant work my friend.
Other than superb clarity and POV, splendid contrast of light and shadow in this remarkable macro of what appears to be a rose, peachy keen style. Love the somewhat strident effect of the petals.
Stunning
