Description
I was standing on the Old St. Louis Courthouse steps wondering how I should compose the standard tourist shot of the Gateway Arch.(The Jefferson National Expansion Memorial is its technical name. "The Arch" is what everyone in St. Louis, Missouri calls it.) Suddenly this bird flew in and I had my shot.
The Mississippi River can't be seen because of the grass covered levee, but the white building in the background is across the river in Illinois. I'll bore y'all with another shot on my next post.

i have photoed the arch too.. only from down the street so i got the arch and the buildings too,,, i like yours better!
