Description
The kid in me couldn't resist this shot, the polished chrome hub cap of the old Standard made the perfect fairground mirror. Just a pity it reflected me so well, I don't know where Alan was when I took this, he might have had his lens on something a bit better looking I think.
Serious head back on for tomorrow.
Thanks for stopping by for a look and for any comments you care to make.
May the sun shine down on you, where ever you are.
Dull and overcast here with more snow expected.

That's a funny one ;O) It's always nice to play around!
excellent self portrait.I usually select a vantage point so I am out of the picture.afraid of ruining my camera
Excellent and creative, great job my friend !!
Excellent capture and nice to 'see' you!
Wonderfull and creativ idea Jeff.... excellent!
Fantastic Jeff.. are you sure that is anatomically correct though? ;) Wonderful reflection image! 5++

very creative, and quite interesting
Very interesting idea, congratulation !!!
LOL, Jeff, you know how I love these kinds of shots~~~this is great!! Keep your silly hat on for a while!!
Lol you are in a creative vein.. May get a mirror like this to slim me down a bit!!
Great job. 5+.
Fun shot and anything but "standard." It looks as if you were having a great time. :-)
I agree! It is a fun shot but there is nothing standard about it. I think it's a great shot Jeff. Well done!! xx
Cool idea. Good shot.
Yes I got to agree its a great fun capture lol! And I think a lot clearer than the one I got of me. Remember the one where I took a shot of the car and you said I bet you caught your reflection of yourself in the hub cap making the whole image less authentic for the time!. I'm going to have a look for it now maybe it was better than I thought. Fantastic Jeff really!
Good one! Getting artistic in you old age.
very creative idea jeff, excelent self portrait, very original pov, bravo !

Wow. such a well polished hubcap, cool reflection/shot. : ) Did you get one of the whole car too?
you are such a card :o)..very cool reflection jeff .excellent mick
hey up jeff is that you Ashleigh
An original idea (I think) Jeff and it came a very well, Sig.... P.S. The sun seems to be shining all the time here. The last drops we had was on 24th February. Temp usually around 30C and 15C nights, relative humidity low (as low as 3%). It could stay like this all year, but unfortunately it wont. Just saw some statistics for Phoenix yesterday on TV. Average days with 90F (~32C) or higher 160.
Très original et plus que réussi
i love reflections and this is just a super one ! Hello there Jeff!
Wonderful capture! The angle of the logo on the hubcap is perfect. Did you have to ask them to move the car a few inches in order to get it just right? :) I love the woman in red, too. This is just a great shot all the way around! And it's always nice to see you my friend, no matter the circumstances.
Gorgeous!! Thanks for showing us this! 5!
