Description
My sister and I walked out to the end of this dock on Lake Tahoe last week. As we started out, she said it looked like the kind you'd see in a horror movie, where the lake monster starts eating the planks as you try to run for safety!! Course, we still walked all the way out, but I was watching the water carefully. I didn't see anything, but I've heard stories............

Hey, good for your sister...she watches the same kind of movies I do. In fact, I watched the film, Lake Placid, last night on VHS, which features a huge crocodile, that eats anything and everything. Anyway, if you've seen my railroad track shots, then you know I really go for these POVs and DOFs; love the perspective on this stuff. Terrific mood effects in this capture, Marilyn!

The b/w really makes you look at the dock and not Lake Tahoe. Great image. In color I would think the focus would be on the lake. Great way to do it. You should have jumped in, Tahoe is warm (NOT).
