Description
Taken early evening near Broomfield, Colorado. This old farm will soon make way for new housing developments. Highway 36 which travels from Denver to Boulder is just over the hill.

A composition with depth in different layers. Well done, I love the farm scenes, they offer such fresh images and possibilities.
OUTSTANDING landscape barn compo has a timeless classical look about it with the beautiful light hugging it !!!! gorgeous ! would make a beautiful oil painting!!! too bad it has to be torn down for the housing development its so charming and rural americana ...sigh))))
Shame it will be torn down! But that is progress right!? Gorgeous shot. This really deserves to be framed and on a wall!
wow! what a beautiful shot, lov them nikons! good eye by the way!
It's such a shame that the beautiful, old structures are being torn down daily. They hold such history and nostalgia. Great capture and at least the photos live on. Beautiful shot!
Great picture. The lighting and subject are both appealing.
Excellent capture!

Nice warm sunlight upon this great looking Barn.

Very picturesque, great take.
i love this what a fantastic image!!
I love this; what a lovely scene. Hate to see them tear it down though....
what a beautiful sight... thanks for sharing
I really do prefer this one !!
Great pic. Love the lighting. And the way the barn's 2nd story widows and door mimic those on the offset structure (main house?) adds a bit of humor. I wish they'd preserve these old structures instead of replacing them with cookie-cutter clone housing. It could be remodeled as a community building, an office building for the development, gardeners building, storage; the list goes on.
Woah wonderful Steve! what an awesome capture ........right up MY alley S Hugs
