Description
I was on a boat cruise on the Hudson River one late afternoon in March when I managed to take this shot of the Statue of Liberty almost into the sun. I was very pleased with the result though...
Thank you for visiting my gallery. xx

Very nice classical postcard image !
A magnificent capture, love the silhouette.
I love the silhouette and light reflection on the water. You are very privileged to have gone all these places. ;) Indeed post card material.
Very beautiful. Always a pleasure to see this, nice work!
very nice mood captured here
Very beautiful silhouette! Well done!
A wonderfully dramatic view, achieved not only by the natural drama of a slihouette, but also by the bravery of shooting into the light which enlivens the clouds and skips off the water. This would grace a good quality coffee-table book. Mike
Very beautiful capture.
Beautiful shot.
it is beautiful and superb work.when I went to NYC the island was closed for 150 anniversary celebration remodeling work so I paid for a helicopter ride and it was exhilarating to fly past the statue
