Description
There are numerous canals in Venice like this one that gondoliers use as sightseeing routes for their tourist costumers. This picture was taken on 4 July 2007.

Lots of lovely natural detail in this capture, Siegfried. It is not the sort of shot you see in the travel guidebook, or in a film at the cinema. They are all too clean, and neat and glossy. This is very human and very real, my friend. Regards, John.

A tight fit and a winding trail even for water. I love the feel that this is just and average moment in an average day in an average week. The capture is anything BUT average!
