Description
Since Spring will soon be upon those of us here in the Northern Hemisphere, I thought I would do a render signaling the end of Winter's icy grip and its last grasp at snow and cold weather.
This was rendered using the Premium settings with 'True Ambience' selected. (for some reason, tho, I am developing an aversion and distain to the word, 'ambience.' A few of my friends here, know why...lol)
Enjoy and thanks for viewing and commenting...
Thanks to everyone who clicked, viewed, commented and favored my 200th image from yesterday, "Fallingwater." It stayed in the 'top rated' category all day, yesterday and was the most views I have ever received in one day on an image. Truly, all of you have made it a memorable image and render for me. Again, thanking all of you.

Hi Keith Beautiful work thank you too warm hug, Linda
this is beautiful ...Im praying this is the last of the snow I see... heres to spring Keith !
Ambience ??.. well I don't know lol.. a word I never would use I think hehe.. ok Keith, promise it is the last winter scene?? (feeling the cold blow this way).. It is just amazing you already reached 200 and I understand why you were on the favorite it was for sure one of your best ^¿^ This one is too great, excellent render
I hope it's the last hurrah; I don't even live where we get this nasty kind of weather and I am SO ready for something else!! Great image, though, you captured the essence of winter all too well!!
Outstanding work , Winter at it's best ! Ana
excellent Bryce render!!!!!
You captured the sense of winter perfectly here and the mountain, reflections and trees are just lovely! Just beautiful, Keith!
beautiful
Marveleous bryce landscape you've created here !!!
Superb image! Excellent textures and composition! 5++
Awesome image Keith!! Love the snow on the terrain. The water and the reflections in it are excellent!! A new fave!!
I am definitely ready for the arrival of spring! This is a gorgeous image, however; very crisp and clean in all of the ways that winter can be--when it's fresh and new, rather than when it's old, gray, and slushy with patches of brown, yellow, and gray, muddy snow. Thankfully none of that is in this image, and as always, the rendering is top notch. I especially like the water, the ripples and reflections. Superb composition.
Excellent work again Keith and this one certainly sends a chilly breeze down my back. Great terrain work as always. Congrats on being in the charts for most of yesterday, I was actually following your progress there throughout the day. Tony :-)
Very nice love the back mountain terrain!
Ah! I see you've used that 'winter blue' we were talking about! Well done! Lovely scene... very fresh. I can almost hear the ice cracking...
Very nice winter picture, I can almost feel the cold from this one, oh wait, I left my window open, lol. But anyway, very nice looking winter render, good terrain and dead winter trees to go along with all the snow, nice job. -Grayson
beautiful terrain textures as always Keith i really love the snowy mountains ;o)
Very beautiful in-between-seasons mood in this creation. Your terrain is top-notch and superby-textured. The way the light plays on the surface of the lake is so realistic as well. Excellent Bryce,...again :-)
the state of Ohio got dumped on by 2' of snow yesterday, but spring will be around the corner and then we will complain about the heat!outstanding landscape
Wonderful last winterscape!!! Excellent composition and render!!!
Great send off to old man winter. Great textures, and I love the snow effects. Great job!!
It seems as if your 200th upload had a proper celebration session going on in the charts, and a well deserved one too Keith. This image of yours is another top class Bryce scene. Keep it up. Muis
That is beautiful, icy looking water there, Keith. Excellent last of winter (I hope) scene. Can Spring be far behind?
The scene forces me to shiver! I know that water is cold! Great terrain work and love the blue gel. Excellent render Keith!:))))
I'm cold while looking at this one. Great icy image! Excellent!
