Description
The friend I stay with near San Francisco lives less than half a block from the Caltrain Station. This is the commuter train that runs from San Jose to San Francisco. Many of the trains stop at the station, but there are several expresses that just blast on through. They're travelling at probably 60 or 70 miles an hour and being right beside one as they go by is incredible. I've been wanting to catch one as it went by, and got lucky the other night. Had time for only one shot and this was it!!

Maybe only one shot - but it is so great. You really feel the express speed
Nice colorful effects. Aloha
Wooooooow ! Fantastic, a real sense of speed, awesome effect Marilyn.
Hey great capture Marilyn!!! and I love the colors in this one! hugsssss
Great colors and capture.
Well if it travels at those speeds its no wonder you only have time for one shot.lol. There are some cool colours in here Marilyn, I love that elctric blue in the top left and is that a UFO top right? A great sense of speed from the train, it looks like two large rolls of gold. It reminds me in a way of the rolling mill at a steelworks, I used to work in that industry at one time. A very interesting image. Bravo!!!!!
Excellent and colorful capture of motion, Marilyn. You captured this spot on.
