Description
February 23 in Russia is "Defenders of the Fatherland" day. I couldn't resist making this e-card for the people at work.
The Russian reads: "To our enemies: Learn to make cabbage soup!" This is a play on what Putin said in a speech about worried election inspectors who are criticizing the upcoming presidential election (read: chosen succession, with Putin transferring to the Duma as Prime Minister).
The uniform is Batlab's Vintage Army. The PPSh machine gun is a Renderosity freebie, and the morph is a replica of myself.

I was thinking much as "ThomasMacCallum" was thinking. I don't much care for cabbage soup. But it will fill an army nicely. Hopefully not to be on the menu for this mighty army of one. What I am worried about is that army of Russian clones! Are we headed back to the days before "Glasnost"? Oh my God! Watch out! The cold war has been resurrected. Mighty Motherland Russia now has an army of clones just like in the movie "Star Wars: Attack of the Clones" and "Revenge of the Sith." The "Evil Empire" rises again! Pretty soon we will all be eating borscht (which is beet soup)! Funny image.
