Description
Yes, I am still alive.
Just not had the time or been satisfied with the couple of renders I have managed to start.
Projection shot from this evening with my Olympus digital camera and my 4" guide scope using a 20 mm eyepiece.
I managed to get a couple of low res shots of Saturn as well during the eclipse that I may post tomorrow. Nothing fancy or detailed. With faith and optimism you can pick out the rings

This is a gorgeous shot...great capture of the color! Fantastic.
This is so red it looks like Mars. I had a great time watching it and trying to get my exposures somewhere near right.
Excellent work!
Beautiful moon and capture, excellent.
This is great. I can't wait to see Saturn. Wonderful capture. Aloha
It is very beautiful and very excellently! It is surprising and fantastically! Five stars!
thx all for the comments... Don't get too excited about the Saturn shot (if I put it up). blurry and small--with Faith and Optimism you can tell there are rings (GRIN)...
Nice shot. Hope to see Saturn. I've decided my shot has saturn and it's rings as well, but it's all Faith and optimism as well. LOL
Excellent work. Well captured!
Nice photo. I always love the color the moon turns during an eclipse, and you've really captured that feel.
Nice one...not easy to get neat moon shot ;-)
Fantastic moon. Great lights…
