Description
For those who looked and looked for the gun yesterday I have two of them today. The one in her hands is the Marlin and the one leaning against the gear is the Colt it was derived from. They both went over there to serve on British and French airplanes and on tripods and improvised posts and wagon wheels as anti-aircraft batteries. John Moses Browning was born in Ogden Utah where the F-16 depot was in the 1980's. He kept coming back but he established his shotgun with Fabrique Nationale in Belgium where the F-100 engine production for the F-16 was headquartered. The biplane seen here is a DAZ of Utah that came with Carrara 5 as a content item but in this incarnation is in a compatibility install with VISTA. Marlin during WW-1 was in New Haven, Connecticutt not on rifle road in Hartford with Colt. The potato digger was only used on the ground as it's lever interfered with it's installation on aircraft. Unlike the Lewis manufactured by Savage it could be synchronized with a propellor and was thus not flexibly mounted at observer stations. Exactly how they got the Marlin up from 600 rounds per minute to 1000 maybe needs to be kept with that same rate for magnetoes in the Robert Bosch history. Dixie magnetoes now there is one to look up.

Excellent work and fantastic modelling Dale.....!!!
Glad to see a bikini model showing it off too lolol. Fantastic work mate!
It is a very beautiful!
FN makes FN FAL rifles...so the cartridge doesn't fall very far from the magazine...;) it's the interruptor gear that makes shooting through the blades possible. Keep up the good work, 'cause it won't be over, 'till it's over over there..;)
Come on lady, go in the plane and UP !
love women with guns lol. cool render
awesome composition
I am glad you got that sorted out. John Browning was first associated with Winchester but when they broke up Winchester designed the model 1907 semi automatic rifle that was in part the demise of Bonnie and Clyde who never used a Marlin Machine gun. You're sure that is Vickie and not Bonnie? Nice work on the guns considering the time you had.
very enlightening history and your plane is everything it is cracked up to be
I agree with all that said the modeling and the model are stunning !~
Excellent Poser work, as usual! The young lady with the aircraft reminds me of the calendars I sometimes pick up displaying sleek buxom babes posing with motorcycles or hot rods. Actually, unless she's Wonder Woman, I can't comprehend her holding or lifting up a Lewis or Browning machine gun with such ease.
I think she is ready to fly!! Excellent idea and art work
