I'm getting closer to the shot I really want to get; one of these days I'll finally get it. In the meantime, this is the latest in this quest of mine!!

A bald eagle? Wow! No wonder you keep trying. They are beautiful. I wish you luck and success one day.
and practice makes perfect...don't give up! great shot of a beautiful eagle
No, not an eagle, - oh if only - probably a turkey buzzard, not nearly as romantic, but still not a bad vision in the air!!!
Verly lovely capture none the less! and I love how you highlighted it with the blue circle filter! would be so fun to soar in the breeze like this fella! have a wonderful weekend :-) Hugssssss
Nice work!
Even if it isn't an eagle soaring there, it's still a great capture, Marilyn. Oh, to fly like this!
Great timing for this capture Marilyn!
So much more beautiful than it's name implies. Great shot!
For the finepix A210 this is very good Marilyn, it must have been quite high and maybe just to far for the camera's capability. Still a good shot though and one that I have never managed to make. Keep on trying, I'm sure it will come one day. Great capture and presentation. Bravo!!!!!
Nice turkey buzzard, I also like the post work. Todd
It's always difficult to photograph birds of prey, this is great and keep up the good work. Tony :-)
you doing good on the birds. Just keep trying like me . lol cool shot
you will get there my friend and with new camera i think you stand a better chance of the shot your trying to get .this really is`nt a bad attempt marilyn :o) mick
great shot
Pretty good, considering this is with your old camera! I can't wait to see what you can do with the new one. Cool shot!
Splendid capture of the majestic bird with its wings spread wide. And, yes, I agree with you that it is some variety of buzzard. But, pardon my suspicious mind, but is that blue sun the result of postwork? I've seen blue moons in the past but never a blue sun.
A beautiful shot it is, but I know, we always want to get closer. I wish you the best of luck.
WOW. Gorgeous Shot, I'm jealous, Bald Eagles are such beautiful creatures! Outstanding Work!
Great shot of the beautiful eagle.
Very nice work... Aloha
