Description

Sometime back my friend, Kelvin Hughes who is a wonderful artist here at Renderosity had a stroke and I posted an image for him...now I do so again with a heavy heart....Kelvin is in a coma and his last image was posted by his grand daughter Hannah today...according to an email I recieved from Hannah, Kelvin is stable but the doctors are not hopeful that he will make it....Kelvin's site here at Renderosity will be closed because even if he makes it through this horrible ordeal chances are he will not be able to sit at the computer and do the art work those of us who know him love so much. Please keep Kelvin in your prayers....He's one of my very best friends and I love him and his art....you may see his work at http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/browse.php?username=kelvinhughes before they close his account.... This image was made in Bryce...the eagle was added in PSP8 and is a tube made y Renderosity artist Propschick.

That is so sad about Kelvin. I've seen his art about and he seems very talented. This is a wonderful Tribute to Him, Marlene. I also can't decern the whole story.. many indicate he's already passed. But whatever comes, I hope for the best, for Him and his Family. Hugs from Dave :^) Oh.. An otherwise Happy Valentines Day Marly..

This is a different style than your normal posts... I like your work, but this has something special to it - nice work. My prayers are with your artistic friend and fellow Renderosian. I was courious, If someone does not post for a while, how long does their gallery stay available on Renderosity??? I was hoping that when I pass, that my gallery would stay for as long as Renderosity is active or better yet, the life of the net. I was hoping to be immortalized on this wonderful world of Renderosity... I do have a few favorite artist that have terminal problems... I was hoping to be able to view their stuff after their gone. What is Renderosity's policy about our Galleries??? I'm very courious, could you site mail me - please???

1st off ~ your render is very beautiful. The eagle is splending against the snowy mountains. Love it. 2nd ~ You are a "wonderful" friend to Kelvin (and others of course) and so thoughtful. 3rd ~ I will keep Kelvin & family in prayer as well as you dear. As I promised before; I just don't say it, I do it (smiles). Keep the faith luv.

WOW! What a touching image! It's sad to see an artist going, but you've created a great memorial, and it's quite a lot more touching to know the whole story behind it. My prayers are with you and with Kelvin's family as well.
