Description
Another new one done last week in Vue and with photoshop for postwork.
When I started this it was just a doodle and I didn't like it much, but I rendered it anyway. Then I started working on it in photoshop and four hours later I started to like it better. I wasn't intending this to be my next post here, but I think it's fresh and full of hope... and not too reliant on the excellent capacity of Vue for easy on the eye landscapes.
Thanks for looking - much appreciated.

What stunning details!
you really are great with these boats.
You know your water, for sure--but you also know how smoke moves in atmosphere. I like this very much!
Incredible work!!!! Awesome!
Great one! Excellent work on the water around the ship!
This one is really among your best images. It reminds me of Werner Herzogs masterpiece "Fitzcarraldo", although the ship you´ve chosen looks more seaworthy than Fitz´ Riverboat. If you´re looking for inspiration: I would love to see a version with Klaus Kinski in a white suit standing at the ship´s rail. Da capo !
Remarkable Work! 5!
Beautifult erland
Another great water scene. You are especially talented with water. A++
All your water scenes transport me. The smoke and boat make a nice contrast to the blue sky. The birds look realistic and the lighting is great. Especially love how you do water.
This is a fanatstic render of a seagoing sidewheeler. The detail is super. A favorite!

I'm glad you posted this, excellent work
Beautiful! Very realistic image! The water and the smoke are fantastic.
Yet another Masterpiece, Peter. Almost impossible to see this is not a photo. A real leg-sweeper this one. I love the way you make water come alive. Maybe you can make a High-seas Tutorial for me some day :)
This makes me think of the "African Queen". I love the birds flying, and the mist rising from the water, also the small wake around the boat! Lea
Excellent job on this, very well done
