Description
This is the suspension bridge that is just visible through the snow in my Eagle Creek upload from a few days ago. It crosses Eagle Creek and leads to at least three trailheads. Notice how pristine the snow looks. I just can't imagine why no hikers were out on this day. Buncha wimps. LOL

Great composition. A really nice shot!
I like it, superb shot!

I love the tones, the strong contrast, and the lines in this. Great shot made even better in B&W.

Beautiful composition.Amazing work.
EXCELLENT CAPTURE & COLORS !!!!!
Love the POV ... it does look a tad cold for me though :D
well at least your not a whimp Dennis! this is a marvellous shot. dont suppose you thought of walking across and then getting photos of your footprints on it?
Fascinating how no-one has crossed yet, as you say!
WOW!
Really great angle, what a beautiful picture :)
One of my favorite things to see is snow with no human footprints in it. This is a beautiful shot! When I looked at the picture, and before I read what you wrote, my first thought was that only Brave Dennis was goofy enough to be out hiking in this! We appreciate your tenacity in bringing us such beautiful pictues.
I agree with 'barbdennist' about seeing snow with no footprints in it. A really wonderful shot. At my age, I would be one of those 'wimps'! Thanks for sharing your hiking adventures.
Think I would be one of your wimps Dennis. A superb shot love the pov you choose. Diane.
When I lived in Vancouver the sun shined a lot...what have you done Dennis...great shot perfect DOF.
Were you the first to put footprints all over this lovely snow? Fantastic POV. It's a real treat to see undisturbed snow in such a lovely setting.
Nice shot Dennis. The snow looks really wet and heavy. We did some survival training in the stuff. Had two section of parachute silk strung over our sleeping bag, far enough apart so they wouldn't touch. In the morning we had 6-inches of new snow and the two sections were less than 1-inch apart. It would have been an unpleasant awakening if they had touched, Sig...
Wonderful pov. Puts me right on the bridge with you. Brrrr lol.
Very Nice!!!
No footprints in the snow! A perfect virginal pallet! Gorgeous.
Beautiful composition, great work!
Supers capture but where is the snow LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Awesome image, wonderful composition and detail!!
Excellent POV!!!!!! sorry I'm so behind in commenting I just got back from Idaho. This looks so pure & untouched by human feet!!!!! Can't imagine why there's no one there but you?? LOL!!!!!
I love that pristine snow. This is a great shot - nice perspective. It makes me start imagining future footprints, perhaps snowshoe tracks, or cross-country skis. There's a lot that isn't there! Like the dog that didn't bark in the night. (I'm really digging you doing b&w, btw!)
Amazing b&w photo!! Excellent!!
