Description
You are on a distant moon belonging to a large planet and are witnessing a once in a lifetime phenomena. A comet has come in close proximity to both celestial bodies. In fact, so close, that it is passing between them.

Love this one! Comet plane beautifully 3d... great light from it!
Fabulous work!!! I really like the way you have represented this desolate planet terraine.
fantastic scene and lightning. great artwork
You did a great job on the lighting. I wonder how long such an event will be repeated though the immense gravitation forces trying to rip the comet core into pieces. maybe an idea for another image ;) Excellent render.

MARVELOUS DUDE Look into the web for: Apophys KILLER ROCK comming to Earth 2029
The lighting plane is superb. It makes me want to add in an alien in the foreground! If I'm being really picky the only thing I wouldn't have done is to frame the edges. The picture stands alone. Framing's a bit 80s - but that's only a personal thing as my background is in print & advertising. Altogether your work rocks!
i've decided you are the space King! :)
Really beautiful and agree with Vik9740. You da king of spacescapes... Excellent...
Wonderful scene! Great colors and lighting.
Beautiful! I wonder if any of Jupiter's moons had such wonderful view of Shoemaker-Levy? Wonderful render in all regards.
