Description

A cabbage...well, kale to be exact!! As I had to get my vehicle looked at this morning, I decided to take a stroll through the "downtown" area of my hometown. As this is nearly impossible in the summertime, it was a pleasant trip despite the 30-ish degree temps. Many of the shops had different varieties of these flowering kale plants in their window boxes. This was just one that I found quite appealing. Bet'cha didn't know that veggies could be so pretty! I'll probably post a couple more in the next couple of days. Thanks for having a look! :o) ~A

there are quite a few ornamental veggies, grown for just that reason :o)..and i`m told they look better than they taste .excellent shot mick

I have always thought a rose garden bordered with these would be enough to make me swoon but I never have gotten around to it. But here you have shown me exactly why the idea is a good one. Such an excellent macro!
