Description
Following the end of Humanity's First Interstellar War, Vanguard Industries debuted a new ship, named the "Renaissance Series" to try and capture the optimism they hoped would suffuse human space following the uncertainties of war. This was somwhat successful, they certainly helped to define the social atmosphere of the time, but some lingering defects in the ship design caused its debut to be a mixed success.
--------
The ship and hull materials were all made in Bryce (model was created by me, the materials are part of Bryce 6's standard sets) and the background and planet were all done in Photoshop.
Thanks for taking a look!

Excellent scifi and textures. Awesome modelling...
Fantastic work.
This is a fantastic piece of work, with an excellent back-story as well. It reminds me of those Terran Trade Authority "handbooks" put out, only the art is more contemporary and holds to a more realistic standard. Fantastic job on all counts, especially on the visual level. Everything LOOKS so plausible! I love this!
